Timed Lets You Focus on What Matters During a Workout

The interval-based workout timer removes all distractions like buttons and controls. If you need them, tap the screen once to see the buttons, Another tap will hide them.

Using the free workout mode, you can customize the workout and rest duration.

It’s also possible to save sessions where you select the workout duration, rest durations, and sets. You can have multiple exercises in one session. During the session, you’ll see exercise name, current set, and timer.

Anyone with an Apple Watch app can see workout information like tie timer, current set, and exercise name. The watch app will also show active calories, total calories, and heart rate.

Other features include iCloud sync, home screen widgets, and Siri Shortcuts and Suggestions, along with Apple Health and Apple Music compatibility.

Timed is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for $0.99.
